Interior Redesign Consultations
Packages starting at $100 for generous first hour and $75 for each additional hour. If you enjoy DIY projects, this is the service for you! You will be left with many great ideas that you can put into place in your new space. Multiple room packages available at discounted rate.
Interior Redesign
Packages starting at $350 per room. This is a hands-on service of the actual placement of furnishings, artwork, and accessories. DecoratingSpaces will also leave with you a detailed suggested shopping list for future reference. Multiple room packages available at discounted rate.
Space Planning
Packages starting at $75 per room. In combination with the Interior Redesign Consultation, this service gives you the specific location for furnishings, artwork, and accessories, so that you may do the placement.
Virtual Interior Redesign
Packages start at $150.00 per room. If you do not live in the DFW area, DecoratingSpaces can virtually redesign your space. Photos and room dimensions are required and may be e-mailed to priscilla@decoratingspaces.net. Package includes space planning with new furniture arrangement, instructions for artwork and accessory placement, and suggested shopping list.
Color Consultations
Packages starting at $100 for generous first hour and $75 for each additional hour. This service includes the measurement of your current color palette, color test, and three color selections in your desired color palette.
Color Rendering
Packages starting at $25 per room per color. If you would like to see what your new space will look like with your new color palette, DecoratingSpaces can provide a rendering of your actual space with your new color!
Virtual Color Rendering
Packages start at $25.00 per color per room. If you do not live in the DFW area, DecoratingSpaces can create a photo of your space with your color selection on your walls! Room photos are required and may be e-mailed to priscilla@decoratingspaces.net.
Custom Perfect Color Palette
Product starting at $29 per room. This includes your complete custom perfect palette determined at your color consultation in a portable form for ease in material selections for your new space. No more dragging pillow covers or accessories all over town! Just throw your Custom Perfect Color Palette into your bag, and you are ready to shop!
Virtual Color Consultation
Color With No Regrets ™! Packages start at $75.00 per room. If you do not live in the DFW area, DecoratingSpaces provides color consultations for you, too! Room photos are required and may be e-mailed to priscilla@decoratingspaces.net. Package includes three color selection choices for the space.
Home Staging Consultation
Packages starting at $150 per report. The report includes specific tools to implement to create dramatic results. This is beyond de-cluttering!
Home Staging
Packages starting at $250 per room. If you would like hands-on assistance, DecoratingSpaces will stage your space including furnishings, artwork, and accessories. Multiple room packages available at discounted rate. Storage options are available.
Vacant Home Staging
Lease Packages starting at $50 per room per month. If you do not have the desired furnishings for your vacant listing, DecoratingSpaces has lease packages available to furnish as little or as much as you like. Multiple room packages available at discounted rate.
